Question:I just bought an LGT2554 tractor to replace my YTH2042 which has been a great lawn tractor. This tractor has no power and smokes really bad on hills... what is wrong?Details:I mainly purchased this because I have a Johnny Bucket Jr. I use and needed the extra power. I mowed with the new tractor 3 times and now it is in the shop... the motor smokes really bad if I am on a hill with the right side facing down the hill. There is also very little power, a friend has a JD LT135 and I can't keep up with him unless he is at 1/2 throttle... I am very frustrated with this tractor!! The YTH2042 had 0 problems in 4 years of use and the new one hasn't been reliable at all! I loved Husqvarna but now I'm wondering if this was a HUGE mistake... I sold my YTH2042.
- Question:I have a new LGT2554. When I mow there is a mow gap between the center and left side blades (4-6 inches). My right blade cuts a little lower than the others even though I have checked for blade level and the mower deck appears level as well.
Thanks - Question:JUST PURCHASED THE LGT2554 GARDEN TRACTOR. DURING THE FIRST USE NOTICED THAT THE LEFT FRONT CORNER OF THE DECK SEEMED TO HANG UP ON ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. MEASURED AND VISUALLY NOTED THAT THAT THE LEFT FRONT CORNER OF THE DECK IS @ 1" LOWER THAN THE REST OF THE DECK . WHY IS THIS????
THE BLADE HEIGHT WAS MEASURED AND ALL IS OK. - Question:I tried calling the Husqvarna Help-Line (through Lowes)for service for my LGT 2554 as suggested and no one answered since Friday. All told I've tried 8-9 times & spent nearly 100 minutes on hold. I finally contacted Lowes directly. My riding mower only has 14.5 hours and now the electric clutch doesn't work and the engine is making a "clanking" sound. Any suggestions on trouble-shooting since no one seems interested in answering the phone?
- Question:Does Hasqvarna make a high back seat for the LGT2554 garden tractor? Availability/price?
