Warranty Question posted May 2, 2012 by Robert Carroll
    Question:
    I purchased a factory refurbish128CD 28cc Grass Trimmer through a ebay reseller V&M Innovation

The motor started right up but the drive shaft and head does not spin. When I contacted them they said Husqvarna would fix.

I have tried for three days to contact customer service at Husqvarna but NO one answer the phone. Do you like being on hold for 3-4-40 minutes??????

I did find a local service supplier but not sure what I need to have the repair. If I can not get answer today I will return to the seller and NEVER do business with your company again!

    Question:
I am trying to register my product on-line. I fill out all the information and I get a message saying "Product is Mandatory".

I have entered the model number, "trimmer" and "string trimmer" and get that error message each time.

What answer is it looking for?

    I bought a "brand new" Husqvarna 223L string...escalated1
Warranty Question posted May 12, 2014 by John P
    Question:
I bought a "brand new" Husqvarna 223L string trimmer today. Should be happy and excited right? I literally spent weeks researching my next trimmer. I convinced everyone in my household that I was making a good decision. More expensive for a reason, right? I also bought the recommended 50:1 pre-blended fuel to use with it. After reading the manual front to back I followed all instructions and started it up. It started great. However, I did notice that during idling the head was spinning. I thought okay, per the manual adjustment of, “adjustment screw T” will solve this problem. Nope. Now I am stuck with taking my BRAND NEW(hours old) trimmer to an authorized service center. This is all per the manual. All I want to know is if Husqvarna is going to pay for the repairs or should I just return this piece of junk to Lowes and buy something else?

Warranty Question posted April 3, 2017 by daren giberson
    Question:
Husqvarna 28-cc 2-Cycle warranty will be extended from 2 years to 4 years?
    Details:

I purchased Husqvarna 28-cc 2-Cycle 128Ld 17-in Straight Shaft Gas String Trimmer at Lowes and also purchased 3-32oz cans of Husqvarna pre-mix fuel, as it was stated
"register your product online, and your consumer warranty will be extended from 2 years to 4 years"

I registered online, but there was no spot to enter the purchase of the pre-mix fuel.  Any advice?

    thanks,

    Question:
I just purchased a Husqvarna 128LD Be aware of extended warranty
    Details:
I bought a Husqvarna 128LD last Saturday at Sears Hometown Hardware. The normal stores don't stock it so after doing tons of research on trimmers this seemed to be the best value and quality for what I can afford. OK, now the problem.... Husqvarna states if I buy 96 ounces of their premixed fuel at the same time as purchasing the trimmer the warranty will be extended to four years. The store didn't have any Husqvarna fuel or oil. The salesman tried to sell me 32:1 fuel! Yesterday I bought the fuel at Lowes and I called Husqvarna customer service today, of course they won't help me. I understand to a point, I've worked retail my whole life. Now I have a brand new trimmer that I've never fired up (because I expected this) thats going back to the store. It's about 25 miles each way, so that's a lot of gas and time wasted for nothing.. ..

    Husqvarna 224L extended warranty doesn't make much...escalated
Warranty Question posted May 1, 2014 by Jakob Breuers
    Question:
Husqvarna 224L extended warranty doesn't make much sense.
    Details:

I just bought a Husqvarna 224L trimmer, and I am working on warranty information for this. Apparently I have to buy 3-32 ounce cans of premix fuel to extend the warranty an additional 2 years.  How does this make sense? I bought a 4-cycle trimmer, but have to buy a whole lot of premix fuel to get the warranty. Is there anyway to get around this, saying that its 4-stroke?
