Hi Charles,
Thank you for using our products. It is normal to have a little "coasting" on that mower as a sudden stop would damage your turf. If it seems excessive or dangerous you might want to have your local Husqvarna dealer take a look at it. You can find them here: /images/us/dealers/dealer-locator/ . Hope this helps.

Hi Ronnie,
Sorry your having trouble with your tractor. Your transmission shouldnt be making any noise. Please contact your local Husqvarna dealer to have them take a look at it. You can find one here: /images/us/dealers/dealer-locator/ .
For warranty consideration you should present the unit and your original dated sales receipt to the
servicing dealer.
Hope this helps and good luck.

Hi Phillip,
Thank you for purchasing our products. I would have thought you would have seen it by now. That is supposed to be an automated process when you register and is usually a 6-8 week process. I do see your registration on 02/28/12. I'll forward this to the dept. backing up the process to make sure you have a case on the way.

Chip
Hi Mr. Lebel,
Sorry your having trouble with your tiller. You will have to get it to the dealer to have it looked at under your warranty period. Any dealer should be able to look at this. Most times we replace the whole transmission. It's not cost effective for parts and labor to repair compared to the cost of the transmission complete. You can find one here. /images/us/dealers/dealer-locator/ It just needs to be in the shop before your warranty expires. Hope this helps.

Hi Lee,
thank you for contacting Husqvarna. Unfortunately there are no options to accomodate taller users. They are designed for average height people. You could maybe work a with a dealer to have them fabricate something for you. Hope this helps.

Hi Rae,
The part numbers for the upper and lower chute are 532 41 13-97 and 532 40 54-55.
Husqvarna does not sell any parts direct. You can find your local Husqvarna dealers for sales, service, parts and manuals using the link. /images/us/homeowner/home/ . You must contact your local Husqvarna Service center for any and all parts and service as well as pricing. Any Husqvarna dealer should be able to order parts as needed. All units are sold through either national retailers or local dealers and as such they control the retail pricing. Unfortunately we do not have direct information on who carries what units/parts. Any of the dealers should be able to order this for you. You may find the product is available at many national retailers.
Always try GOOGLE for your model or part # (drop the spaces and dashes) and you can find out a lot of information about your unit or distributors trying to sell you parts.
You can also try these websites: www.ordertree.com or www.jackssmallengines.com or www.searspartsdirect.com
Hope this helps. Thanks for using our products and have a great day.

Chip
Hi Will,
While this unit is built by our factories for Sears all units that start with 917. or 358. are private label and your local Husqvarna/Poulan dealers will not have information or parts look up available for units that are built for Sears. Sears will be able to supply all parts and service information for their products.

Hi Zachary,
Sorry your having trouble with your mower. It could be a couple of things. Overfilled on your oil level and when you cut it sharp or go on an increased angle the oil can be coming out through your breather tube which is connected to your carburetor sending oil into your combustion chamber. That engine has a maximum of 25 degrees lean angle which exceeds even what we recommend for mowing angles. As far as it cutting out when you make hard sharp turns at odd angles all the oil and fuel in the machine runs to one side which is hard on your engine and could shorten it's life. that engine also has a low level shut off on it to protect it and when all that oil runs to one side the snesor might not have a sufficient amount of oil around it and so it shuts the motor down to prevent any further damage. I hope this gives you some insight as to what may be going on inside your mower possibly causing your issues.

Hi Carlos,
Thank you for buying our products. Linden is correct the rear door is your mulching plug. If your missing any pieces you would need to get with the company you purchased your mower from or buy the part. That is the one disadvantage to buying online instead of from your local dealer because they go over the mower with you and ensure everything is set up properly for good operation. Hope this helps.

Chip
Hi Brian,
Sorry you seem to be having a bit of trouble with your mower. It could be a couple of things why your handles are hard to push from simple dirt/crud build up to something more serious in your linkage or transmission. I would get your machine back to your local dealer to have them take a look at it for you and definitely have them install a lug nut on your tire.

Hi Josh,
Thank you for looking at our products. I'll answer your questions as best I can in the order they were presented.
1. It has a different transmission in it and as such designates a lever control operation or SEARS may have ordered it this way.
2. The transmission is a Tuff Torq K46AW. It is a solid transmission and is used in several of our models.
3. The warranty without the reinforcement carries a three year warranty. It is not a lower quality it is just how SEARs has ordered that model to sell to their customers. I hope this answered your questions.
Regards,
Chip
Hi Pete,
You sound like you need to talk to a dealer to answer your questions as well as set your machine up properly. SEARS have their own service centers and you would need to contact them in regards to having your mower looked at. While most of your "issues" can be resolved rather quickly their are specific steps that have to be taken in order to ensure proper operation and safety which would require going into too much detail here. Your SEARS service center should be able to help you out and ease any worries or concerns you might have. I hope this helps.

Hi Antonio,
I'm not quite sure I understand your question as a 128CD is a line trimmer and not an edger. If your asking me if you can change the trimmer head then the answer is yes. That information can be found in your owners manual. If you do not have your manual you can find it here. /images/us/home/ The head that came with your trimmer from the factory will hold .080" - .095" the bigger the number the thicker the line. Hope this helps.
Regards,
Chip
Hi James,
That part is the bracket used to hold the handle onto the shaft. It may have been placed in your attachment bag accidentally. It would have been supplied if you had bought an edger complete not just the attachment piece. Hope this helps.

Chip
Hi John,
Sorry your having trouble with your mower. The purging process involves unloading the rear wheels by jacking the rear of the machine off the ground and set on jack stands. Then crank the unit up. Slowly go into forward then reverse several (min. of 6) times. Put the machine back down on the ground to see if that improves performance. If it does not then you will need to get into a dealer to see if there is something else going on with your mower. I hope this helps.

Chip
