    Question:
LC221RH with a Honda motor. I read in some of the reviews that other purchasers had difficulty getting service a Husqvarna Svc Cntr due to the Honda motor having a separate warranty. Is this a fact? And what do you do if Honda says 'Not our Problem'

Service & Maintenance Question posted June 21, 2014 by seth fog
    Question:
I bought a husqvarna 775 hu775h last year right before winter. I was able to use it this year and I hate it. No matter what I do it leaves a trail of grass on the right hand side, I have tried the tallest and lowest settings, I have tried emptying the bag every time I do a row, I have tried walking vary very slow and still more grass ends up on the outside of the bag then does inside of the bag. Does anyone have any information on this, how to fix it or make it any better I really do not want to have to go buy a NEW new lawnmower.

    Question:
I have a Husqvarna walk behind mower model HU775H. I'm trying to change my blade and drive belt. No matter how I prod, poke, pull or knock, I can't get the debris shield to come off. I have taken the screw holding the shield off but no luck. Any idea on what I'm doing wrong or not doing?

Service & Maintenance Question posted October 7, 2013 by Ryan Spahr
    Question:
I have a HU800AWD that has the honda automatic choke and I cannot start the engine. It is full of fresh gas and fresh oil. Is there a way to override the choke because it is not working. I also checked the spark plug and air filter. I am extremely disappointed in this is the failure. I just bought it in June and over the last month it is becoming more and more difficult to start. I would actually like to return the mower and get something more reliable. I had a 13 year old Toro with duct tape all around it and it started every time with out a problem. I purchased your mower because of the rave reviews I saw online. I now would like nothing more then to have that old mower back because the choke was assessable and easy to use. If you have a model with a choke not "built in" I would be interested in it. I an extremely unhappy disappointed in my purchase of your product. Please let me know how I can move forward returning this product.

    Question:
I purchased a HU725BBC self propelled mower. When I disengage the drive, the rear wheels are still locked up. Sometimes it releases but most times they are locked up. Whats the deal? From what I have read on this forum, these self propelled mowers are crap.

4-year old HU600L walk behind mower. Putting in new...
Service & Maintenance Question posted September 18, 2018 by John Bradford
    Question:
4-year old HU600L walk behind mower. Putting in new transmission. Parts list calls for 434564 but mfr/dealer parts info says replacement part is now 589600601 which was shipped. Installing the transmission requires a lot of work. And after all that, the new part does not work within this machine - in order to mount so belt drive from engine/blade drive is level, the transmission can not be pulled by the drive cable - this gear box has design with large flange which prohibits installation or movement by hitting the steel bottom of mower. Something is nuts! The shafts on the transmission are two lengths - the short length shaft goes to left side (from behind.)At least it should - it can't be installed that way.
The old tran case is markedly different. I need the old design.
    Details:

All the U.S. suppliers of parts and all the exploded view parts diagrams/list show the old transmission but the ordering system forces the replacement "universal" part - which IS NOT universal.

Service & Maintenance Question posted September 2, 2018 by John Alessi
    Question:
I have a LC 221 A mower. The self propel drive doesn't engage correctly. I saw on another model that the cable has an adjuster near the top. Mine has no adjustment there, just a plastic end. Is there an adjustment at the blade end or do I just need to get a new belt? Also will the cable with the adjuster fit on my mower?

Service & Maintenance Question posted September 2, 2018 by John Brooks
    Question:
Recently I purchased a new Husqvarna AWD walk-behind mower. The mower is equipped with dual drive control levers. I used the mower the mower 5 or 6 times with no issues, but yesterday when I was using the mower, the right-side lever began to feel loose and after approximately 20 minutes stopped working completely. Now when the right side control lever is depressed it goes straight to the control handle with no resistance and the drive wheels do not engage/turn.

How do I repair the malfunction?

Service & Maintenance Question posted August 3, 2018 by Richard Lamb
    Question:
I just purchased a all wheel 21inch walk behind. My problem is the underside is left open and when you mow all of the grass clippings goes in to the pulley system and stops the belts and the mower stops. I then have wash the drive system. Why is there not a shield covering this opening?
