    Question:
I have a new 21" walk behind Husqvarna mower (model LC 221A). After approximately 5 cuttings there are 2 small holes in the grass catcher from the rear door rubbing on the catcher against the metal frame while bagging. This is a design flaw. What can be done to replace the bag and prevent this from happening again?

    Question:
I have a brand new mower with pull start, not electric, that is shocking us - seriously shocking, not like a static electricity shock - every time we use it. It happens after about 20 minutes of use. What in the world is going on?! I don't want to see stars halfway through the yard!

    Question:
Hi - We just bought an LC221RH mower from Lowes yesterday and as I unpacked it today a bolt fell from somewhere into the bottom of the box. It fell when I was lifting / unfolding the handle into place. I've looked and looked and cannot find where this bolt is supposed to go (or if it even belongs on my mower or is it an extra that just ended up with mine?). It's black and the head is 1/2", and the threads are 5/8" long. Any clue?

    Question:
    Husqvarna Hu800awd

I took a small black cover off the bottom of the handle. It’s where the handle can adjust three notches. Not knowing there was a spring in there, I took the cover off and the spring popped out. Now I can’t figure out how the spring was seated in there. Can anyone help? The manual online was no help. If you happen to have the same mower and can take a picture that would help me too.

    Thank you in advance

General Product Question posted June 10, 2018 by keary calman
    Question:
May be a dumb question but I would like to shorten up the length of the handle on a
LC 221RH push mower . The upper handles look as they where designed to be moved up or down but I have searched for a long time and could not find a single mention of how except in one down loaded manual. There is mentioned setting the lower handle to a comfortable height, The height is fine but the length leaves me feeling I am mowing the lawn across the street.

I need to have the upper handle shorten and it looks like the lower handle just needs a hole in each side at the length I want. I think around 4 to 6 inches would be comfortable and still give me plenty of leverage.
Is this possible or would it invalidate my warranty?
So summarizing I wish to leave the bottom handle alone and drill 2 holes in the lower handle to allow the upper handle to shorten up. Want to make sure there is not another way, that my mower would still function normally and my warranty would not be affected.

    Thank You

    Question:
    I purchased a new 7021 walk behind April 15 of 2017.
As of June 3 the grass catcher/bag is already failing. The seam along the bottom back of the bag has failed. I can restitch and reglue this.
Given a northern Illinois location, I have not used this mower more than about 75-80 hours. Should I expect other accessories like this to be failing?
