    Question:
Just had my blower checked at the local shop. Has compression of 30 and will not start. Ran great for about 15 minutes last week and then died. It is just over a year old. What do I do to get it replaced.

General Product Question posted May 15, 2012 by Robert Workman
    Question:
I just purchased a Poulan Pro PPBP30. I am very concerned about the reviews about the top engine mount failing. I have only used mine once and it worked perfectly. However, reviewers are stating the top engine mount breaks loose from the frame after the 2nd or third use. Can you explain to me why this is? Is this a design flaw? I have been a Poulan Pro fan for years and I don't want to be using my blower and the engine fall off the frame. Thank You.

    Question:
I bought a Poulan Pro Blower Model BVM210VS which came without the pipes for the vacuum function or the J shaped tube for the pick up bag. Where can I get these parts?

Parts Question posted October 3, 2012 by Ed McCaul
    Question:
I own a poulan pro and had to replace the isolator kit. I bought this kit last September and used it for a couple of times to blow leaves last fall. When I went to get it out this year the top rubber nub was once again separated I do not feel that this part should last only a couple of months. I am asking that this be Replaced free of charge. I did pay for the kit last year. I have a model ppbp30. To ask that I replace this kit each year is poor customer service. Was there a design flaw?

    Question:
I have a PR624ES and I need to know the proper oil capacity. The manual that I have (Rev 1 06.02.11) states that the capacity is 16oz. This amount barely shows on the dip stick.

    Question:
    Team:

I am posting this safety issue once.
My next emails are to the OAG again, along with the CPSC.
I got the runaround & wild goose chase last time.

    I have a Poulan PRO PR621 snow thrower (M#961820003, S#100510H003115).

REPAIR PARTS SNOW THROWER - - MODEL NUMBER PR621 (96182000300)
    CHUTE ASSEMBLY
    KEY PART
    NO. NO. QTY DESCRIPTION
    1 434877 1 CHUTE.RATCHETING.PLASTIC.W/GRV

Debra at PP told me the part # was 532434877, & that none were available. It would have to be backordered.

The snow thrower has broken 100% of the time with this part failing each time. I have only used it thrice for a few hours.

It's now throwing snow/debris at my face. Snow doesn't get directed safely.

Because of your poor design/QA, you have opened yourself up to a class action lawsuit.

    Here's what I need.
    1. a lifetime supply of the part ... or ...
    2. a retrofitted aluminum part which shouldn't break

The plastic part is subjected to cold & constant pounding by snow & ice which makes it brittle.

Whichever idiot decided to use said part should be held accountable.

I expect an immediate reply as the OAG & CPSC will force your hand again.

    Cordially,
    Greg

    Question:
I have a BVM200VS, it had very low compression 60psi

So I bought a new cylinder and ring, the piston looks like new.

After putting it back together it still only has 60psi.

    I'm baffeled on why??

    Question:
I have a PPB430VS that is extremely hard to start. If I turn the flywheel for 30 seconds or so at a high speed with my electric drill and then crank for several times without engaging the choke, it will usually start. The gas filter has been recently changed, so, I'm not sure what is causing the hard starting.

    Question:
I registered my chainsaw and recieved a confirmation number. I have yet to receive my free carrying case. I registered it on May 11th. How long does it take to get the case? Is there somewhere I can follow up on shipment or expectations?
