Warranty Question posted December 4, 2014 by George EllenQuestion:I have had the 1830 EXLT for less than 2 winters and it is plagued by steering problems. I have spent hours on the phone with the friendly but useless support girls and had it in service at least 4 times. 2 different dealers, had 2 different update kits installed and it still is basically useless.
Recently,I wrote to the president/ceo of Husqvarna

But have not received any reply yet. There can be little wear and tear on the machine as it is always in for repairs.

I would like to know that Husqvarna would honor the warranty on the engine on a snow thrower sold as a Husqvarna
