I'm hoping they do as that part isn't available and the replacement is a 330.00 entire transaxle assembly. I'm assuming they are replacing the entire assembly because there are issues with the existing tranny? My weedeater is only 10 months old and is totally non functional at this point. Service shops are telling me labor alone will be around 150.00 to 200.00 plus part. That's over 500.00 repair bill for a 600.00 lawn mower!!!! Non of the authorized weedeater repair shops can tell me if it's warrantied. I don't understand that at all. They say they need to take it apart first. I'm not willing to let a dealer work on it not knowing what the outcome could be as far as out of pocket expense. Man I wish I would have never bought this pile of junk!! Nothing but troubles from day 1.

I purchased a Weedeater One riding mower from Home Depot (an authorized dealer) last year and now the steering wheel does not engage to steer the riding mower.
I removed the steering wheel and examined the OEM adapter wheel provided, Part No. 532186737. The adapter wheel was worn and slips freely, causing the steering not to respond.
I have been advised that the original part was deemed to be defective and has since been replaced by Part No. 532437747.
Would you please provide the replacement, Part No. 532437747, so that I may repair my riding mower and continue the upkeep of my lawn.

They replaced the transmission, then the frame cracked in two, then they replaced the entire unit, then they replaced the transmission. This new transmission never worked and I am told they are sending me a new unit. What is the email I can use to discuss this? I understand this has a 2 year warrentee but I would guess it has been in for service for 4-5 of the first 12 months. Altaequip in Ft. Lauderdale has been doing all of the work. Again, I am looking for an email address to someone I can email about these issues. My last mower is still going strong after 15 years. Please assist. Thank you. JT

Last week I had to replace the mandril assembly at a cost of $53.00, and now the transaxle assembly needs replacing at a cost of $340.00 which I refuse to pay for. What can do since it is still under warranty?

I can't find out where to take it to get it fixed under warranty. It was purchased at Walmart and I took it to a local repair center that was listed as a warranty center for WeedEater one products and they said they don't cover weedeater products warranty, even though the website said they would... As usual a runaround...
Please let me know what service center near York, PA 17408 will fix this for me under warranty.
Of course Walmart says it is covered under the manufacturer warranty and they won't help either...
