Warranty Question posted June 2, 2012 by Robert Parker
    Question:
I have had my weed eater one for a month or so. Today, it made a very loud noise when the blade was engaged. The bearing for the blade appears to be locked up and will not turn. How do I get this fixed. Note, the mower is only a few months old and is under warranty.

    Question:
My less than 1 year old Weed Eater One has been in service for a transmission failure for over a month, at one of your service centers. At what point do I expect a replacement mower?

    Thank You

Warranty Question posted April 30, 2012 by Pat Stevens
    Question:
I purchased a Weed Eater One from the Rona in Chilliwack, BC, Canada on May 21, 2011. The machine's serial number is 041311L002912. It now will not move forward without making a loud grinding noise, though it will go into reverse just fine. I would like to take it in for warranty repairs since it is less than a year old and has less than 20 hours time on it.

The problem is that when calling the companies listed on the service locator I find that while they will service Weed Eater products they will no longer do warranty repairs. I've called the first nine companies listed with no luck and the next one's are in the US so I'm not going to take it across the border for repairs.

Can you direct me to a repair agent that will do warranty repairs on my Weed Eater One and don't say to check the service locator?

Warranty Question posted December 20, 2011 by Jeff Torkelson
    Question:
I bought a WE 1 from Home Depot. They replaced the transmission, then the frame cracked in two, then they replaced the entire unit, then they replaced the transmission. This new transmission never worked and I am told they are sending me a new unit. What is the email I can use to discuss this? I understand this has a 2 year warrentee but I would guess it has been in for service for 4-5 of the first 12 months. Altaequip in Ft. Lauderdale has been doing all of the work. Again, I am looking for an email address to someone I can email about these issues. My last mower is still going strong after 15 years. Please assist. Thank you. JT

Warranty Question posted November 15, 2011 by Greg Tellert
    Question:
Is there some sort of "lemon" policy included in the warranty? I have had to put my weed eater one riding mower in the shop for a second time for the same problem. The authorized shop is having to order a second transaxle kit. With my warranty running out in either March or May of 2012 - this worries me.

Warranty Question posted October 10, 2011 by Melissa Raye
    Question:
My break line broke and no one in the local area will take my Weed Eater One because they claim they never get paid under the warranty. No offense, but I need the breaks fixed and am angry that there is a disconnect between what I need and the the two companies. Can someone please help me just figure out where to take my sit down lawn mower?

Warranty Question posted September 27, 2011 by Edward Danberg
    Question:
I purchased a Weedeater One mower on-line at Amazon.com a year ago. The transmission malfunctioned and I sent it in for service 2 weeks ago at a service center location I obtained on your web site. The service center is telling me that they still have not received approval for the repairs to be covered by the warranty.
What is delaying approval of the repairs?
