Thank you for contacting Answer ARMY.

As you were directed once you register your product the factory will send the item(s) for this program to the address and name used to register the product.

There is nothing more for you to do once the equipment is registered.

Thank you for your interest in the DRT900E tiller.

The DRT900E will not accept a front bumper, the bumper would interfere with the electric start access.

FAQ 633.   Why can't I find horse power ratings for new equipment?

In the past different engine manufacturer's could rate horsepower using different methods and thereby the ratings were not uniform. The move to use torque as the accepted rating has been made by most of the engine manufacturer's.

Most engine manufacturer's no longer offer us the information of horsepower for certain engines. This is an industry wide change.

Unfortunately we do not have direct information on who carries a particular unit any of the dealers should be able
to order this for you as well you may find the product is available at many national retailers.

If a particular store does not have it they may be able to order this for you.

For warranty consideration you should present the unit and your original dated sales receipt to the servicing dealer as well as the problem must be of a warrantable nature (a defect in materials or workmanship), incorrect or old fuel, impact damage, incorrect storage are examples of non warranty. All warranty service must be completed by servicing dealer.

The issue you describe is not a failure of the machine. The oil tank design on this unit is an open bladder, there are no valves it depends on the cap sealing correctly to work. There is a small hole for the oil to come out for the bar and chain. As long as the cap is sealed and there are no air leaks to the tank the oil will only release a couple of drops then a vacuum would be created and no oil would dispense. The way the oil tank ( bladder ) works with the cap sealed when you push in on the cap you create pressure and pushes oil out when you release it it pulls air back into displace the released oil.

Arthur, the cable part 428460 does change to 435559  or 532435559 either number will provide the correct cable.

I encourage you to call some of the other service centers in the area to see if they can evaluate for passible warranty. However be aware any Husqvarna, Poulan, Poulan Pro, Sears, Weed Eater or McCulloch dealer can obtain this part for you.

I checked the link on the website listed above for "Order Parts" and also "Sears" both companies have the cable available.

Looking I do show 10 Weed Eater service centers in the region you mention.

The Weed Eater One, has a two year consumer warranty.

Per the warranty statement this unit does not have a commercial warranty. (Church, school, business are all commercial warranty)

"4. The Warranty does not apply to any products used for rental or commercial purposes.".

I would encourage that you contact the local Weed Eater service center for any repairs.

We have an FAQ for this.

FAQ 974:  Stale gas destroys fuel lines and carburetor parts. Ethanol in the gas will attract water and water causes corrosion. Carburetors have smaller openings that will get plugged up. Do not store fuel in the equipment's gas tank and carburetor.

The problem you have experienced is not the fault of the machine.

Fuel today doesn't have the shelf life it did even 5 years ago. I would recommend you change the fuel out, follow the starting procedures in the operators manual. If you are unable to start the unit with fresh fuel then yes I would recommend you let the local service center evaluate the machine.

It is also a good idea to use a fuel stabilizer in your OPE fuel, do not keep fuel more than 30 days as it becomes stale.
