    Attempted to register my new HU800AWD on the website and get this response:

    The product registration could not be done for this product

    Tried the phone support representative link and get this:

    How can I talk with someone about getting my mower registered for the warranty?

    I just purchased a HU800AWD from Lowes. The box, as well as the mower deck, is labeled as having a 3 year limited warranty. However, the registration confirmation that I received (#130805-003067) shows only a 2 year warranty. The HU800AWD Operator Manual shows an * for the engine warranty which is clarified in the Honda GCV 190 owners manual for the engine to be 24 months. Since there was no disclaimer on the box that the engine was not warranted for 3 years, it would appear that either false advertising and/or "bait and switch" tactics are being used. Please provide me with documentation reflecting a 3 year warranty on the engine as well as non-expendables components.

    I purchased a walk behind mower in June 2012 and now I'm having problems.  I stopped the engine to move some limbs and when I cranked it back up a hugh mass of smoke came from the exhaust pipe.

    Have a year old 46 deck mower. The belt broke at less than a year old. Had a backup mower and used it while the new mower was put up (Lowes was out of the belt) Just went to replace the belt and found out that the deck itself is bent which caused the belt to break. Considering the young age of the mower and the fact that nothing was hit with the mower how and why would the deck become bent? Seems like a major fault in the design and material. Needless to say that we are shocked at the quality of this mower. What type of warranty does a factory defect fall under?? I can take pictures of the mower if needed. Please advise as soon as possible.

    I purchased a Husqvarna 38045 Kohler Courage XT7 mower from Sears on March 20th 2012.(917380450 Husqvarna Walk-behind lawn mower)I tried to register the mower and it's unlisted..Why ? Also I have used it 5 times and the 2nd time used the Clipping deflector PART NUMBER: 419942X428,broke off by bumping a small hedge,very cheaply made part as it just snapped right off,NOW the 5th time using this mower I went engage the control cable
    (part number:431649)and the actual cable snapped,dissengaged completely from the under side of mower making the mower not work when engaging the transmission control. I didn't buy the extended warranty from Sears because I saw the commercials and thought this was one of the best mowers out there. Very disappointed at this point,Sears says I have to take it to their Sears store on Forsyth Rd and from there will I be responsable for paying for this ? Or is it covered by Husqvarna ? Like I said it has only been used 5 times..Well the 5th time didn't mow due to this new issue.Please help me in this as I can not afford to pay for this myself..Is it gonna be covered by the Husqvarna Warranty ?

    I just purchased mower HU725AWD today, and it does a great job, but the wheel height adjustment pin on one of the wheels broke, when I was adjusting the height.

    This seems like a pretty cheap part to replace, and I work a lot of odd hours. Would I be better off to take this in for repair and warranty work, or just buy the part online and fix it myself?

    Last spring we purchased two HU 700F lawn mowers to cut our rather large yard instead of putting thousands into a riding lawn mower and because we enjoy the workout anyhow, after about half of the summer the self propel system in the front tires seemed to be slowing, this spring it completely ceased working, i took the wheels off and noticed that the gears were made out of cheap plastic and were completely stripped, i took them into my local dealer and they said that they were not covered in the warranty because anything that can be worn down over time is not covered so they could not help me, my question is HOW ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO FIND OUT THAT THE GEARING INSIDE MY ALMOST $900 LAWN MOWERS IS COMPLETE CRAP AND CHEAPLY MADE OTHER THAN USING THE LAWN MOWER??? this i believe is a complete flaw in your warranty system and i have made all the phone calls to husqvarna and was told that you guys are the only people that can over ride the warranty and get me the 4 replacement tires that i am requesting....

    I have a husqvarna hu800 awd. I am trying to mulch with it. About every 20 feet or so the mower starts banging and rattling and the it spits out a bunch of un-mulched grass. When done mowing my yard looks awful. Clumps of un-mulched grass all over. The grass was not long at all before cutting. I know that I must mow more frequently if I want to mulch. The under side of the deck has large pockets that the grass builds up in and then it breaks loose and causes the mower make all sorts of noise and then spit out a bunch of grass. This mower was expensive and has been a disappointment from day one. How can I get this thing to mulch properly?

    In trying to register my new lawn mower, I enter the product ID, registration finds it, I choose it, the field is populated.  I hit submit, and the form tells me I must enter my product ID.
    It was chosen by the system autopopulating it from the form.
