    Question:
Like many others, I am having trouble registering a new product--Husky chainsaw 445. No matter what I type in the product box, the search function doesn't find it, and I can't go forward with the product registration without completing that box. FIX THIS! I purchased Husky fuel mix expressly to extend my warranty from 2 to 4 years, and a condition of the extended warranty is product registration....

    Question:
I have a model PP4620AVX 952802146, S/N 10179D100968-1. This was a sales award from my employer, therefor I have no purchase receipt, nor can i get one. Your warranty is for 2 years. The S/N tag on this saw has a Date of Meeting emmisions of 2010! **Therefore your S/N tag proves it's within the 2 year warranty period.** I took it to a authorized dealer and they won't honor the quarantee! It cost me $15.00 to find out the saw is unrepairable (The cost of repairs is greater than the replacement cost). I have this receipt from Paul B. Moyer in Doylestown, Pa dated 2/10 work or# 79881. I want either a replacement from your company or a voucher for the full retail price and my additional $15.00 towards a new saw. I can provide a digital picture of your S/N tag. I expect your company to do the right thing here.

    Thank You
    William J. Ford

Warranty Question posted December 27, 2011 by Don Meyer
    Question:
I am disappointed that you would sell a saw with a gas cap problem (swelling) and did not take any action to warn or assist your customers with the problem. I had to find out about the problem on the internet. Before I did that, I tried to take the saw into an authorized repair dealer and what a joke that was. One place wanted a $40.00 deposit and the other a $20.00 deposit to take the saw. They said if the repairs were not covered by the warranty, they would keep the deposit. They would not tell me if the problem with the cap was covered under the warranty, nor would they tell me what the problem was when they had to or should have known what the problem was. They were only interested in getting money. I can’t believe you would sell a saw with a known defect and then back it up with shady repair shops.

Warranty Question posted January 16, 2012 by Fairchild Nicholas
    Question:
I purchased a new PP4218AVX on Jan 10, 2012. It run great but the automatic chain oiler does not work. Unfortenuately I didn't keep my receipt so I can't return the saw. Is there an adjustment on the oiler? I one tank of gas it didn't use any oil. I did use 20 wt bar oil. It simply is not pumping. Is there anything I can do to fix? I purchased the saw at Orscheln Farm abd Home, they do not have service. What can I do? If there's now fix I can do, where can I take the saw for warranty work?

Warranty Question posted August 2, 2016 by Terry Bowman
    Question:
Purchased a two year extended warranty from Fingerhut. Noticed the warranty that came with my chain saw modal #PP5020AV has a warranty that came with it. Does this mean I would have an exter 2 year warranty after the Poulan warranty ends? Also read that the warranty covers 100 %, parts and labor, is this true?

Warranty Question posted November 6, 2014 by Sandra Windowmaker
    Question:
I purchased my Poulan Pro Chainsaw in March of 2014, I used it once. The second time I used it I noticed that the small piece of metal that adjusts the chain had broke. Is this part covered by the warranty? I don't understand how it broke or why, but I cannot return the product and I spent $200.00 on chainsaw that only worked once, I am very upset. Please let me know if there is anything that can be done to rectify this problem?
