It will only run with the choke open. Everytime I close the choke the blower immediately dies. The manual says to put the choke "on" but does not state whether "on" means Open or closed? I wish the manual would use the same terminology as printed on the blower.
I cannot get the blower to work at all with the choke closed no matter if the engine is warm or cold. i'm afraid that there is something wrong? purchased a 570bts from my local dealer. I upgraded from a 350bt purchased from the same dealer. While using my 570 in the winter to clear light fluffy snow from my driveway the blower started suffereing from, by all indications, a fuel starvation issue. While running at anything over half throttle it almost quit until the throttle was returned to idle. It would idle fine. The longer it sat at idle the longer you could run it at higher rpm’s until the same issue would happen again. Rinse,wash,repeat. When using it this last fall it worked perfectly. Could go thru a full tank at full throttle without a hiccup. My 350 never had this issue even while using it when the temps were below zero. Dropped off at my dealer early Feb. Did not hear from them for about three weeks so stopped by. Said he will get to it Monday. That was three weeks ago and still no word. It’s now past mid March. He’s had it for over six weeks and all I have to show is a claim receipt. Dealers name, p/n, s/n available upon request. Purchased 10-20-2017.

Got a 150BT backpack leaf blower that randomly starts by itself, unattended.Details:150BT Backpack Leaf Blower starts randomly, by itself. The machine has been sitting in the garage unused for a couple weeks now. Wife told me that the leaf blower is running. I can't hear very well, I go check the leaf blower and its not running. Today wife tells me the leaf blower is running, sure enough, the leaf blower is running. I've never seen anything like that. The leaf blower will at unpredictable times, completely randomly, will start, run for twenty seconds or so then stop.
It wont randomly start now because I pulled the cable off of the spark plug. First question, is there something I'm doing wrong with this machine? But anyway, I thought you guys might want to know about this one.

It only runs fully choked, if I try to use it dies right away, it starts and idles fully choked tho. took the carb apart and it looks clean, but the diaphragms look soft and worn out, what do I do?

This is with running the premix fuel purchased at the same time to extend the warranty. I have contacted customer support and the best thing they could offer was to take to service center when purchasing for a adjustment. Does Husqvarna have a quality control department that actually test these units before sending them out? Seems strange to have to power equipment in immediately after buying it.

I currently own a Poulan Pro Pp46Bt 46cc 2-Cycle 220 Mph 490 Cfm Heavy-Duty Gas Backpack Leaf Blower Model # 967086901. I need to buy a replacement carburetor. The old one is a RUI ING H119-6 (see attached pic).
I contacted Poulan Pro customer service and the reps provide very little help.
First rep: told me to put fresh gas and I would have no problem. (I did this and had the same problem. Machine would stall out when I press full throttle).
2nd rep: said I needed a new carburetor. Gave me part # listed on parts manual and told me part was on back order. 3 week wait plus would charge me $30+ for the part. (I look all over the web for the part # and could not find it)
3rd rep: I ask why the part # was impossible to find since this was a new 2016 machine. She could not tell me the brand of carburetor or confirm if the part # provided was correct. Even ask a supervisor with no luck.
I took out the carburetor from machine. It is a RUI ING H119-6. I google the part, only thing I could find was H119 (no -6).
Can someone confirm the proper replacement carburetor for my machine and where I can get one. I don't understand why this is so hard and why the carburetor is not readily available.
