Service & Maintenance Question posted October 25, 2015 by Brian Semosky
    Question:
Husqvarna bt 150 bogs down and stalls after about 10 MINS. of running.
    Details:

Husqvarna bt 150 blower only 4 years old. it has about 10 hours of run time. only use it a few time a year. always drain gas at the end of fall. last year it started to bog down after it was warm. to the point it would not stay running. i had a three year EXT. warranty so i took it back to LOWES. And they sent it out for repair. the repair company called me and said they replaced the coil pack. they said it was heat soaked???? they also replaced the fly wheel????  I started  using it this fall and it is doing the same thing. after it warms up it bogs down when pulling the trigger. and it eventually stalls out. this should not be happening so soon. HELP HELP Cleaned Carburetor out today. 10/24/15 and it still bogs down?????

    125B Husqvarna Blower; purchased August 23, 2011, Florida,...Answeredescalated3
Service & Maintenance Question posted January 29, 2012 by charles Burnside
    Question:
125B Husqvarna Blower; purchased August 23, 2011, Florida, uses twice a week for maybe 15 minutes. I have been careful with it from "day one," I am the only user of the machine in our household. January 2012, I went out to start it as usual and when it finally started, it sputtered and would only run with the choke partially on; then I noticed that it was leaking fuel from underneath the gas tank area. Took it back to lowes and they sent it out and the mechanic wants $135.00 with the diagnosis that the machine is in need of a tune up and new carburetor. I am well aware of how to protect the machine from Ethanol and I even use the best rated gas for all my yard equipment.

Question, does this sound like a reasonable diagnosis? If your answer is yes, this is the last Husqvarna product that I will ever own and will go back to a cheap, relaible electric blower.

    I am borrowing a Husqvarna 130BT blower from a family member...escalated1
Service & Maintenance Question posted September 3, 2012 by Eric Hildebrand
    Question:
I am borrowing a Husqvarna 130BT blower from a family member and it will not start. THe man. date on the machine is 2008. I called and asked if the blower was stored with fuel in it over the winter and was told no. It has a brand new spark plug and I checked it against grounded metal and saw the spark. It has fresh gas with appropriately mixed fuel. When you press the primer bulb, the fuel does start flowing through the clear return tube. I bought some starting fluid thinking that perhaps fuel is not getting through and that did not work either. You can see the piston going up and down and there is some air that blows out when trying to start it (out the blower hose), so I am assuming that means there is compression. After that, I am out of ideas. Please help with any thoughts and suggestions. Thanks!

    Hello I currently own a Poulan Pro Pp46Bt 46cc 2-Cycle...4
Service & Maintenance Question posted August 31, 2017 by Richard Stewart
    Question:
    Hello

I currently own a Poulan Pro Pp46Bt 46cc 2-Cycle 220 Mph 490 Cfm Heavy-Duty Gas Backpack Leaf Blower Model # 967086901. I need to buy a replacement carburetor. The old one is a RUI ING H119-6 (see attached pic).

I contacted Poulan Pro customer service and the reps provide very little help.

First rep: told me to put fresh gas and I would have no problem. (I did this and had the same problem. Machine would stall out when I press full throttle).

2nd rep: said I needed a new carburetor. Gave me part # listed on parts manual and told me part was on back order. 3 week wait plus would charge me $30+ for the part. (I look all over the web for the part # and could not find it)

3rd rep: I ask why the part # was impossible to find since this was a new 2016 machine. She could not tell me the brand of carburetor or confirm if the part # provided was correct. Even ask a supervisor with no luck.

I took out the carburetor from machine. It is a RUI ING H119-6. I google the part, only thing I could find was H119 (no -6).

Can someone confirm the proper replacement carburetor for my machine and where I can get one. I don't understand why this is so hard and why the carburetor is not readily available.

    Thank you

    Question:
My 125BV blower-vacuum: I can't get the vacuum tube off of the blower body. It slipped on over the tabs on the blower body, but I am afraid I am going to tear the vacuum tube trying to pry it over the tabs to remove it with a screwdriver.

    Question:
Thank you for doing the right thing. I will say this is more of a comment then a question. I bought a 150BT, after 6 months it started to make a loud rattle noise inside the engine. I took it in to my local Husky dealer and they diagnosed the noise as a wrist pin or something like that. They called Husqvarna and found the machine was to be replaced and not repaired. This, however, was a test of my patience, since the ordeal took almost two months. Not only did they replace my blower, they upgraded it to a 350BT. I have great faith in the Husky brand and will continue to purchace more products. I am very well pleased with Husqvarna doing the right thing.

This is my first experience with Husqvarna and back pack...Answeredescalated2
Service & Maintenance Question posted November 3, 2010 by Fred Bunt, tagged 130BT
    Question:
This is my first experience with Husqvarna and back pack blowers,(model 130BT) so I may be unduly concened. I followed the instructions carefully and the blower functioned really well. I was surprised how smoothly the engine operated even on idle. Now after about 5 hours of use the engine idle has become quite rough. There is a good deal of vibration at low speed and on idle. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? I adjusted the idle speed but that didn't affect the roughness. I also pulled the spark plug, but it only had a small amount of carbon deposit on the rim -- not the electrode. So I'm puzzled because at high speed the blower works well and vibration is almost non-existent. Could you advise me on what to do -- ? Buntfb
