    Question:
After cutting my lawn a lot of grass accumulates around the front wheel drive unit. Owners manual says clean twice a year. Is this grass accumulation going to do any harm to the mower?

    Question:
Answer Army appears to be the only way of contacting Husqvarna?
6/26/16 Space in this form may be limited so I will get to the point.
This being sent to Lowes & Husqvarna
I bought a AWD 190CC 22-In walk lawn Mower on April 23, 2016. The 3rd or 4th use it stopped June 23, 2016. It did not sputter, it has gas and oil and the pull string does not star the mower.
I went to Two (2) Husqvarna Sales & Service places on June 25th – 60 miles driven that day. (The Service organizations have been blanked out because this is a public forum - contact me for info)
    Here’s what
    1) XXXXXXXX, Doylestown
I could not leave it for warranty service because I did not buy it there.
Call Jen next week she’ll tell you what to do.
    2) XXXXXXX SALES & SERVICE CO. Pennington, NJ
It was bought at Lowes it’s not a Husqvarna – it’s a Honda. We cannot do warranty service on it.
The grass is growing fast, may I please find out who is going to honor the warranty on this Lawn Mower. Please respond on or before Wednesday, June 29. Email & Phone part of form input. Bryce L. Rudolph

    Question:
    Answer Team,

    We have a Husquvarna LC221RH:

    1) The drive belt went suddenly loose. I notice the spring near the transmission (Part #581 35 13-01) is disconnected at one end. I cannot determine from manuals or documentation where this spring is supposed to connect. Please advise and thank you in advance.

    2) The idler pulley (Part #587 96 92-01) bearings have failed - is this covered under the 3 year warrantee?

I have highlighted these two parts from the diagram and attached here.

Thank you very much in advance for any assistance you can share. - kg

    Question:
Any idea why the AWD walk-behind mower might pull only the rear wheels?
    Details:

I have a puzzle: Rear wheels drive, but not the front wheels. The machine is about 4 years old. About a year ago, it started making an annoying noise that sounds like rushing air (best approximation), paired with engaged drive. I thought it was just debris in the belt channel, so I hosed it out and thought it got slightly better. I realize, now, I should have pulled the cover off and checked the belt, but I am a busy guy (lame, I know). Even now, I'm dressed for work, and though I'd like to pull it apart, I don't have the time. So, I'm puzzling it out in my mind. I expect the answer will be  clear when I get to that, and I'll share it then, but anyone who'd like to pose a guess will be welcome.

Battery charging and battery life for a XT721FE mower.Answeredescalated1

    Question:
Battery charging and battery life for a XT721FE mower.
    Details:

Just bought a new Husqvarna XT721FE mower.  What happens if you use it before charging the battery?  If mowing doesn't recharge it, can I expect it to work all summer from one 24 hour charge?  Also, does it need to be charged for 24 hours again in the spring after setting all winter?  Will charging it for 48 hours before storing it all winter really be enough to keep it from going completely dead?  My dad has another brand mower with electric start and he can remove his battery and keep it on a trickle charge all winter.  The manual does not give much info on the battery.

    Question:
Bought a HU700H RWD mower from Lowes yesterday. The rear wheels won't disengage and allow me to pull the mower backwards. I adjusted the pull and it is set to its most loose position. I flipped the mower upside down to check if the transmission was falling to help disengage the wheels and it's fine. What else can I look at?

    Question:
Bought a HU725awd/bbc, the throttle cable is off. How do I hook up the cable? If you can send a picture and wear the cable goes into which holes on the cut off on the mower itself.

    Question:
Bought a new HU775 from Lowe's end of March, after 3 uses, it wouldn't start. Took it back got a new one. Last Sunday my wife starts to mow the yard and runs out of gas. Fills it up and the mower won't start. Called Cust Support and got run around and was told to take it to authorized repair shop. If I do that, I won't get it back until October. Sounds like other people are having the same problem. What's up??
