    Question:
I have a Husqvarna 1330 SBEXP snow blower auger that won't stop. Auger does not lock when both traction drive and auger controls are engaged then auger won't stop when handles are not engaged.
    Details:

This feature is explained in the owner's manual and it's to allow the operator to remove his right hand to manipulate the chute control without having the auger stop. I know that the metal clip in the handle design sucks cause it bends not allowing the auger handle to drop forward disengaging the auger. I talked to the dealer and they were clueless. This is a MAJOR Safety concern. I have take  the metal clip out 4 times to bend it back to work again but clip fails in a few minutes and back to auger never stopping.  Need answer for new clip for handle.

    Question:
Looking for the list of service bulletins and their descriptions, Specifically S/B # B1500013 for my ST230P that's eating belts. Seems I'm not the only unhappy owner experiencing this. I'd like to get the updated parts installed, BEFORE the snow flies!!! Thanx, Jay

Service & Maintenance Question posted May 22, 2017 by Rod MacKinnon
    Question:
Last december I purchased an ST327T tracked snowblower, normally I would have done more research but I had purchased other Husqvarna equipment from a local dealer and was happy with the service and equipment, boy did I ever make a mistake in not doing my homework, I would have found that consumer Reports give Huqvarna snowblowers a poor service rating and others had problems. The first few times I used it the steering either would not work or had a mind of its own pulled to one side, often I had to lift it to turn it. The dealer tried to fix it but it only worked a short time, he took it back in again and spent time with it and thought he had it working several times but when he tried it before delivery found the problem reoccuring. This was frustrating as I had to get someone in to remove snow and when I had the machine I ended up lifting it to steer it and ended up with chiropractor bills as well. Since the last time the dealer had it in there was very little snow to try it but when I took it out of the garage the steering cables would not work, later they did start working. It does a good job of blowing snow but cannot be controled. I cannot depend on this machine for next winter and my back cannot take lifting it but I cannot afford to sell for less than half as some have done. This poor quality snowblower will give Husqvarna a bad name and effect sales of other Husqvarna products. There is a major flaw with this snowblower Husqvarna needs to take them back and go back to the design board and design a properly engineered snowblower.

    Question:
I have a ST 224 P, storing it for the first time. The owner's manual in several places says "see engine manual" (for example, p. 19 in the Storage section). I have searched on the husqvarna site and on google in general and I have not found an "engine manual". How can I get one of these?
