How do I complete the warantee registration product model...4
Warranty Question posted July 9, 2015 by David Hoffman
    Question:
How do I complete the warantee registration product model section?
    Details:

How do I complete the online registration when the program cannot find my product model?  I typed in "455 Rancher" (the name used on the Husqvarna site) and have tried the search function several times.  Even after a couple of days, it is still searching.  It will not complete the registration with my typed in model and never completes the search.

Warranty Question posted September 26, 2011 by jim quinn
    Question:
I have a 350 chainsaw, serial #071903575. The muffler fell off repeatedly. When I took it to a recommended dealer, they told me there was a "fix" for the problem - replacing the muffler w/a new model. The shop says they can't get any confirmation from Husqvarna that they will pay for any of the repair, although it was obviously a design flaw. What can I do?

    Question:
I purchased a brand new 550XP chainsaw last year sometime, I just opened it to use it and the oil cap unscrews for about one full turn easily them starts to get tight. This can not be removed at all. I am pretty strong and at the point I feel it will break the lift up tab to help you tighten and loosen it. My hope is that the place I purchased it will hand me a new one not take it in for warranty repair. It a defective saw it my eyes never used the saw
    Details:

purchased it from Jacks small engine, own 3 others ones. one same two larger. 550XP $$about 600 bucks maybe more but around there

    Question:
I am unable to register my Rancher 450. The only error code I get is product is not found. Yet I am using the right product # of 967166101. I have tried it in capital letters, lower case, using just number(450), using 450 Rancher, and tons of other variations. Please advise.

    Question:
I completed the registration form online, and it says that I am supposed to get a confirmation email. Yes, i checked the spam folder, and NO, it is not there either. I purchased the 3 cans of Husq 2 stroke fuel to add the 2 additonal warrany years, but it says it has to be done online, and that I have to provide receipt proof by electronic or mail.

How long does it take to get the confirmation of registration ?

Warranty Question posted August 22, 2012 by Terry Musselman
    Question:
I have a 455 rancher, 14 months old, no compression. Local dealer tells me it is not covered, since it is fuel related.
    Details:

I purchased a 455 rancher on june 13, 2011 , it worked fine until last weekend, it would not start.
I checked the compression and had around 50psi.. I then contacted Husqvarna directly, and they put me in contact with the nearest local service center ( 40 miles away ) . My local guy closed the doors 2 weeks ago.
Today I took it in, and they called to tell me than Husqvarna  told him the problem is "fuel related" . I admit, I don't always use Husqvarna mixing oil, but I always mix with quality mixing oil, and always slightly strong on the oil side ( I was told this was a good idea, by my local dealer).   I use the same mixed gas in all my Husqvarna tools. What can I do about this problem.. I still think it is a warrant problem.
    Thanks for your help

I recently purchased a new Husqvarna 455 Rancher Chain saw...escalated3
Warranty Question posted June 3, 2012 by KarlaAnswerArmy Gold
    Question:
I recently purchased a new Husqvarna 455 Rancher Chain saw which came witha 20" bar and chain. Bar is labeled 3/8 - 72DL and chain has #80 on each link. On one of the teeth it is only a half tooth, Is this Normal? Where the wear Indicator would normally be, to not sharpen beyond this point, the tooth is ground off, This chain has never been sharpened, and came with the new chainsaw. Is this a warranty Issue? Or how can I get a replacement chain?
