    Question:
Bought my HU675AWD lawn mover on 4-6-2014.
I tried to start it on 4-6-2015 and it will not start.
I have called 3 days in a row now and all I get is take it to the dealer.
I would rather have my money back.
Has to be something simple. I have tried everything but nobody can help me on the phone.
How do I fix this problem without taking to the dealer and waiting several weeks?

General Product Question posted June 2, 2013 by Annie Pagura
    Question:
I can not start my brand new lawn mower (HU800AWD). I have fresh gasoline. I have tried a new spark plug and filter which I shouldn't need since it has only been used around 5 times.

This is my second mower. The first one was defective with a leaky gasoline tank. I am very frustrated with this mower!

What else could be the issue?

    Question:
I have a HU700F lawnmower which is about 2.5 years old. I have had to replace the front wheels 4 times in this time frame. The plastic in the wheels gets ground away. Is anyone having this problem? If you have had this problem, what have you done to correct the problem?

    Question:
I recently purchased the Husqvarna HU800AWD (the new all wheel drive walk-behind mower) and I am generally pleased with the mower's performance; however, I have one major issue regarding it's mulching capabilty. When mulching, grass builds up in the mower and it drops clumps of grass randomly in the yard. Looking at the design, it appears to be caused by an inadequate mulching plug that is built into the rear bagger door. The mulcing plug is much too small and allows grass to build up around the bagger door, which drops in the yeard periodically. It is really annoying, to the point that I can't mulch with this mower and I am forced to bag the grass. At first I thought it was because the grass was too tall, but it happens no matter the grass height everytime I mulch. My previous mowers (both Sears Craftsman) mulched much better and I beleive it was because of the design which had a much larger mulching plug that was a separate part. The mulching plug on the Sears mowers made the deck one complete circle and didn't allow the grass to build up like the Husqvarna. I have read several complaints about this mulching issue on the Husqvarna at various sites, including consumer reports. Surely, Husqvarna has come up with a solution to this problem, like an aftermarket mulching plug attachment or something similar. Please advise if you guys have something to fix this issue as I am contemplating returning this mower because it is so annoying to mulch with.

    Question:
Hello, I have a two and a half year old 7021 high wheel self propelled mower. Last night, I was mowing my small 1/4" acre and while on a hill, the left rear wheel wobbled and broke at the hub. I took a look at the other wheel, and it is cracked as well. Seems to be a less than sound design? Anyone else have broken rear wheels?

    Question:
I have a HU 625AWD. It hit a stump a few weeks ago. Now it starts right away, runs for a few minutes and dies (smokes). It smells very strong of gas. I fan it and wait a few minutes, and it restarts right away again, runs for a few minutes, dies, and smells like gas again. I cannot see a leak.

    Question:
HELP - this should be simple. I have the Husqvarna LC 221A - I see where the oil probably goes in (it has a yellow plug with an oil can icon on it) - but have no clue how to get that off, if it includes the dipstick, or what? The manual and online videos clearly show a different model with an easy to remove oil cap. This yellow plug is SOLID in there and I hesitate to try to pry it off. Does anyone know if that yellow plug is the oil cap and how to get it off?

General Product Question posted September 24, 2015 by Matt Cormons
    Question:
Using my HU775BBC mower for the first time. It starts, then konks out after 2 or3 seconds, then does not start readily, if at all.

I followed all starting instructions carefully, did the trouble-shooting and found nothing that fits the problem under the list given. I called support and was told to go to my nearest authorized dealer which is a 40 mile round trip! I have little time for this and will have to use a gas burning truck to cart it. Can I speak with a qualified Husqvarna mechanic for advice before I make that trip? Thank you.
